We’re expanding the Spire Collective and looking for senior-level professionals who want to apply their expertise in an independent, collaborative, and impactful way.


If you’re an experienced consultant or specialist with a track record of driving measurable results, we’d love to hear from you. This opportunity is ideal for professionals seeking flexible, project-based work while remaining part of a high-calibre network of peers.


Engagements range from focused consulting projects to full-scale, multi-disciplinary transformations. You’ll collaborate with Spire leadership and other Collective members to solve complex business challenges and deliver real results for clients across sectors.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead or support client engagements across one or more of Spire’s service pillars: Find Your Edge (Strategy & Business Design), Fix Your Friction (Operations & Systems), and Fuel Your Growth (Marketing & Activation)

  • Conduct organizational assessments, develop recommendations, and deliver high-quality and high-value strategies, frameworks, programs, plans, etc., for example:

    • Develop and implement operational frameworks, workflows, and governance structures to strengthen scalability and efficiency

    • Create or refine brand strategies, marketing programs, or go-to-market plans to accelerate visibility, scale, and growth

    • Partner with finance leaders on budget optimization, pricing and revenue strategy, performance measurement, and business modelling

  • Collaborate with cross-functional experts to deliver high-impact, end-to-end solutions for clients

  • Contribute to proposals, presentations, and client workshops as part of Spire project teams

The experience you bring:

  • Minimum 10 years' senior-level experience in consulting, strategy, operations, marketing, finance, or related disciplines

  • Proven ability to lead and contribute to complex projects with measurable outcomes

  • Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills, and ability to distill complexity into clarity

  • Deep understanding of organizational dynamics and cross-functional collaboration

  • Experience advising or working directly with executive and senior leadership teams

  • Comfortable working independently, managing deliverables, and meeting client timelines

  • A portfolio of successful projects or initiatives demonstrating your expertise and impact

Compensation

  • Project-Based Model: Compensation is determined per engagement, with rates aligned to project size, scope, and consultant role

  • Bonuses: Additional bonuses may be awarded based on contribution and performance

  • No fixed hours or minimum time commitment: Our consultants work on the projects and timelines that fit their expertise and availability
